Privacy Policy — Lucky Slots

This policy explains what luckyslotsx.com collects, what we never collect, how long we keep it, who we share it with and how you can access or delete your data. We keep this document short, in plain English, and we update the timestamp at the top every time it changes.

Short version

Lucky Slots is a publisher, not an operator. We do not take deposits, hold funds, run KYC or know what you bet. The data we collect is limited to what is needed to serve this website (log files, analytics, newsletter signups if you opt in) and it is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. You can delete any data we hold on you by emailing [email protected] — no account required.

What we collect

We collect three categories of data on luckyslotsx.com:

  1. Server logs. When you load a page we log your IP address, browser user-agent, the URL you requested and a UTC timestamp. These logs are needed to defend against abuse and to debug errors.
  2. Analytics. We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool that samples aggregated pageviews, referrer sources and broad device class (desktop / tablet / mobile). We do not fingerprint, do not follow you across sites, and do not use cross-device identifiers.
  3. Newsletter & account data (only if you opt in). If you submit the weekly digest form, we store your email address and the timestamp of your opt-in. If you comment on a post (where comments are enabled), we store the name and email you provided.

What we never collect

The following data is not collected by Lucky Slots, ever:

  • Casino account credentials, balances, deposit history or withdrawal records.
  • Government-issued ID documents or KYC uploads.
  • Credit-card, debit-card or bank-account numbers.
  • Social Security numbers or equivalent national identifiers.
  • Precise real-time GPS coordinates.

Who we share data with

  • Hosting — our hosting provider processes server logs under a standard Data Processing Agreement.

How long we keep data

  • Server logs: 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Aggregated analytics: 14 months. No raw user-level data retained beyond that.
  • Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe (one click, in every email).
  • Support correspondence: 24 months, then deleted unless it relates to an ongoing legal matter.

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA and friends)

Regardless of where you live, you have the following rights over data Lucky Slots holds on you:

  • Access — ask for a copy of what we have.
  • Rectification — ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Erasure — ask us to delete it.
  • Restriction & objection — limit or stop certain processing.
  • Portability — receive your data in a common machine-readable format.
  • Opt-out of sale — not applicable here because Lucky Slots never sells personal data.

Children under 21
